Blondies

Ingredients

Brown sugar
1 1/2 c x 240mL = 360mL

Butter
1/2 c x 240mL/1 c = 120mL

2 Eggs

Vanilla
1 tsp x 5mL/ 1 tsp = 5mL

Flour
1 1/2 x 240mL/ 1 c = 360mL

Baking powder
1/2 tsp x 5mL/1 tsp = 2.5mL

Salt
1/2 tsp x 5mL/1tsp = 2.5mL

Chocolate chips
1 c x 240mL/ 1 c = 240mL

Directions

1. in large bowl, combine brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla
2. combine flour, baking powder, and salt. stir in chocolate chips
3. spread in greased pan 9x13, bake at 177 degrees Celsius (350 degrees F) for 18-20 minutes
