White corn syrup
2c x 240mL/ 1c = 480mL

Sugar
2c x 240mL/ 1 tsp = 480mL

Salt
1/8 tsp x 5 mL/ 1 tsp = 0.6 tsp

Butter
1/2c x 240mL/ 1 c = 120mL

1 can of evaporated milk (14.0 oz)
14oz x 30mL/ 1 oz = 420mL

Directions

1. combine white corn syrup, sugar. and salt in large pot
2. bring to a boil
3, add butter, once melted add evaporated milk
4. stir constantly til 114 degrees Celsius ( 238 degrees Fahrenheit)
5. pour into buttered 9x13 pan
